Grass Fed and Grain Finished Beef
Our cattle grow up on grazing on the native grasses between our winter and summer rangelands with the freedom to roam vast stretches of mountain and desert terrain. Our potential butcher steers are brought to the home ranch approximately 60-90 days so we can increase the amounts of grass (various hay blends) and additionally offer them a variety of grains. While many tout the health benefits of “grass only” fed beef, our we believe in providing beef that has not only been raised right, but tastes great, and grain finishing is part of that recipe.
